For freight brokers

Your loads, your carriers, your margin.

HaulGlide gives a broker two things. If your carriers run on HaulGlide, you get one private page for your own loads with them: where each load stands, the papers, the invoices and a request for a quote. If you run a brokerage, you also get a carrier list you keep yourself and a margin for each load.

Who it is for

A broker with carriers on HaulGlide

A carrier you work with sends you a link. You see your own loads with that carrier, never anyone else's, and you can follow them from a phone.

A brokerage with its own office

You pick Freight broker when you set up your company. The screens for trucks, trailers, repairs and driver pay are hidden, and the Carriers list is there for you.

The carrier chooses what a link includes. A link can cover shipments only, or invoices only.

What works today, and what is planned

Live Now

  • Your loads with a carrier. Every load of yours that is not cancelled, with its pickup, delivery and status in plain words. Four tiles filter the list: Upcoming, In transit, Delivered recently, and Total.
  • Where it stands. When the driver taps that he has arrived, your page says "Driver at pickup" or "Driver at delivery". Details shows the status history with times.
  • Your papers. Proof of delivery, bill of lading, your rate confirmation and lumper receipts, filed to your loads. Open one to read it or download it.
  • Your invoices. Each invoice with its status, the open balance, and the invoice itself to view or download.
  • Get a quote. Send the pickup and delivery towns, the equipment, the weight, the date and a note. The carrier follows up with a firm quote.
  • A tracking link. The carrier can share a tracking page for a load. It opens without signing in and shows the status, the stops with their appointments, and an arrival time marked as an estimate. A dot on the map is rounded to about a mile, shown only while the load is moving, and gone once it is delivered. It never shows a driver's name or phone number.
  • Only your freight, never the carrier's books. You never see the carrier's cost, what a driver is paid, or a driver's name and phone number.
  • Your carrier list. In your own office, add a carrier by name, MC number or DOT number. The list shows each one as Approved, Pending or Blocked, and you can search it.
  • A check on each carrier. Ask for a check and it lists what it found on authority, insurance, safety record and your do-not-use list, plus any warning signs. Where it could not confirm something, the list says "unverified" and leaves the gap open instead of guessing.
  • Insurance certificate. Type what the certificate says. It is compared with your minimums and recorded on that carrier.
  • Your decision. Approve, suspend, block or reactivate a carrier yourself. An approval is refused while a blocking warning is open.
  • Your margin. The Margins screen shows revenue less what each load costs you. When the cost is missing it says the margin is unknown instead of guessing.

Roadmap: Planned, Not Live Yet

  • Tender a load to a carrier. Offer a load to a carrier you approved, and the carrier answers yes or no inside HaulGlide.
  • A page for the carrier. The carrier fills in its own packet, with its tax form, insurance and agreement, on a link you send.
  • Pay the carriers you hire. Carrier bills and carrier payments from the same place as your loads.
  • A sign-in with a name and a password. Come back without finding the link again.
  • Papers from the tracking link. Proof of delivery and bill of lading on the tracking page once the load is delivered.
