For shippers and receivers

Your freight, your papers, your invoices.

HaulGlide gives a shipper or a receiver one private page for its own freight: every shipment and where it stands, the papers on each load, the invoices, and a request for a quote. The company that hauls your freight sends you the link, and it opens on a phone.

Who it is for

Shippers

You tender the freight and pay the bill. You see your own loads, the papers filed to them, your invoices and what you owe, and you can ask for a quote.

Receivers

You take delivery. You see the loads coming to you and their papers. A receiver's page never shows the price of the load or the rate confirmation.

The company that hauls your freight chooses what a link includes. A link can cover shipments only, or invoices only.

What works today, and what is planned

Live Now

  • Your shipments. Every load of yours that is not cancelled, with its pickup, delivery and status in plain words. Four tiles filter the list: Upcoming, In transit, Delivered in the last 30 days, and Total.
  • Where it stands. When the driver taps that he has arrived, your page says "Driver at pickup" or "Driver at delivery". Details shows the status history with times.
  • Your papers. Proof of delivery, bill of lading, your rate confirmation and lumper receipts, filed to your loads. Open one to read it or download it.
  • Your invoices. Each invoice with its status, the open balance, and the invoice itself to view or download.
  • Get a quote. Send the pickup and delivery towns, the equipment, the weight, the date and a note. The company follows up with a firm quote.
  • A tracking link. The company can share a tracking page for a load. It opens without signing in and shows the status, the stops with their appointments, and an arrival time marked as an estimate. A dot on the map is rounded to about a mile, shown only while the load is moving, and gone once it is delivered. A receiver's link shows the delivery stops only.
  • Only your freight. You see your own loads. You never see the carrier's cost, what a driver is paid, or a driver's name and phone number.

Roadmap: Planned, Not Live Yet

  • Your load plan. The plan of what is loaded on the trailer and what comes off at each stop, with a 3-D view of the trailer, on your page.
  • A sign-in with a name and a password. Come back without finding the link again.
  • Papers from the tracking link. Proof of delivery and bill of lading on the tracking page once the load is delivered.

Nothing marked Planned is available today.
