One link to the driver
Send it by email or text, or copy it. He opens it on his phone. No app to install.
The application as phone screens
Page by page, sized for a phone. His answers are saved as he goes.
Signed on the phone
He signs with his finger. You get the signed PDF, with a last page that records when and how each paper was signed.
Licence and medical card
He takes the pictures through the same scanner the driver app uses, and they file to his record.
The notices he must sign
The background check notice and consent, and the drug and alcohol policy receipt, are signed in the same sitting.
Your name on every paper
Fill your company card once (name, address, DOT number, logo) and every paper carries it.
One hiring board
Each person moves from lead to screening, road test, offer, onboarding and hired. A person makes every move.
Hire from what he typed
Press Hire and his driver record is made from the signed application: CDL, class, home city. If you set that a contract comes first, Hire waits for his signature.
A page where drivers ask to join you.
Turn on your company's join page and share its address. A driver types his name, email and a few answers. You set what you are looking for (CDL class, endorsements, years), and each request shows how it fits, with the reasons. It is a sort aid, never a decision: a person approves, and the request becomes a lead on your hiring board.

You see each paper come in signed, with its certificate page.
You hire
Check his papers, then press Hire. He is on your driver list, made from his own answers.
