Dispatch Company

One office for the carriers you dispatch. The paperwork files itself.

You dispatch for other trucking companies, not for your own trucks. Drop a rate confirmation or a driver's photo of a bill of lading. HaulGlide reads it and files it to the right load and driver. The driver gets his own app. You get one list of what needs a person. Every step that moves money stays your click.

Who it is for

A dispatch company

You book loads, watch the trucks and chase the paper for carriers that hire you. You want their drivers, loads and papers in one place, and you want each carrier kept apart from the others.

Not the same as a small fleet

A trucking company with a dispatcher in the office runs its own trucks. A dispatch company sells a service to many carriers, each with its own DOT. They are different jobs, so the page for them is separate.

What works today, and what is planned

Live Now

  • More than one company, one login. Add a company with its own DOT and MC and switch between your companies with one click. Each one keeps its own loads, drivers, papers and books.
  • Papers read and filed. Drop a PDF, forward a broker's email, or have the driver photograph it. It is typed as a rate con, BOL, POD, insurance certificate and more, and filed to the load and driver.
  • Loads move as the papers arrive. A rate con makes the load pending, the BOL puts it in transit, the POD marks it delivered with a draft invoice ready.
  • When it is not sure, it asks. The paper goes to your review list with the reason, never filed on a guess.
  • Needs You. One list of what a person has to decide, in plain words, with the reason.
  • Ask. The Ask button in the office header answers questions from your own loads, drivers and papers.
  • The driver app. Drivers open their loads, see every stop in order, tap Navigate to the next one, send papers and photos from the stop they belong to, and see their pay.
  • You decide what a driver sees. The office switches what shows in the driver app, for the whole company or for one driver. A driver never sees the broker's rate.
  • Tracking links that stay safe. For a dispatch company, a customer's tracking link will not print company details that could name the wrong carrier.
  • Driver settlements, invoices and books. Settlements build from the delivered loads and you approve them. The invoice drafts on delivery. Sending it and paying a bill stay your click.
  • Expiries watched daily. CDL, medical card, insurance and registration dates land on your list before they run out.

Roadmap: Planned, Not Live Yet

  • A sign-in made for dispatch companies. One login for the dispatch company, with the carriers it dispatches listed inside it, not set up as separate companies.
  • A "Working as" carrier picker. Pick the carrier at the top of every screen, or see all your carriers together with a carrier badge on every row.
  • Adding carriers by DOT. Add one DOT or many, each checked against the public record, with the price shown before you add it. Prices are set by the company, never guessed here.
  • Staff limited to their carriers. Each dispatcher sees only the carriers you give him.
  • Each carrier's money kept apart. Pay, invoices, the dispatch fee and books stay separate for every carrier.
  • Each carrier watched on its own. Authority and insurance changes show up as cards for that carrier.
  • Drivers see only their own carrier. A driver sees his carrier's name and letterhead and never another carrier's loads.
  • A read-only login for the carrier's owner. He sees his own loads, drivers, papers and statements, and nothing about another carrier.

Nothing marked Planned is available today.
