For drivers

Your load, your next stop, your papers.

HaulGlide gives a driver one app on the phone for the road: the load you are on, the stops in order, a button to navigate to the next one, a scanner for your papers, your daily pre-trip, your pay and a way to message dispatch. Your company sends you a link, and it opens in the browser.

Who it is for

Drivers on a carrier

You drive for a trucking company that uses HaulGlide. You sign in with the link or code your dispatcher gives you, and you see your own loads, papers and pay.

Your company decides

The office chooses what you see. Some things on this page may be switched off for you. If a screen is missing something, ask your dispatcher.

This page is for a driver who is already on a carrier. If you are looking for work, ask the company you want to drive for to send you its hiring link.

What works today, and what is planned

Live Now

  • Your loads. The Loads tab shows the load you are on, with its pickup, delivery and status in plain words. Each step is one button: tap that you have arrived, then that you are done.
  • Stops in order. A load with several pickups and deliveries lists every stop in route order. The next stop is lit, and each stop shows its address, its time window and the dock's phone when your office has sent them.
  • Navigate to the next stop. One tap opens directions to the next stop. The button names it, such as "Navigate to pickup" or "Navigate to delivery", and counts through the stops when there are several. You choose which maps app opens, and the phone can remember it. These apps route cars, so watch for low bridges and truck limits.
  • Scan your papers. The Upload tab opens the camera, finds the page, and takes the picture by itself when the whole page is in view. It tells you in words to move back or hold still. Take several pages in one sitting and send them together. Pick what the paper is: bill of lading, proof of delivery, lumper receipt, damage photo, weight ticket or permit.
  • Papers and photos for each stop. Every stop has its own buttons for the papers and the photos taken there, so the office sees them on the right stop.
  • No signal. If the phone loses signal, your taps and papers are kept on the phone and sent when it is back.
  • Your daily pre-trip. The app walks you around the truck, one row at a time, with a picture for each part, a short walk-around video, and your signature. A problem you mark goes to the office. Your office decides whether the pre-trip must be done before you can move a load.
  • Your pay, as your office allows. The Pay tab lists your approved and paid weeks with the net pay first. Your office chooses how much you see: net pay only, or the lines and the pay statement too. If something looks wrong, you can send the office a note from the statement.
  • Messages. Text dispatch inside the app and add a photo. Ask is there too: type a question about your next load, your pay or what the office needs from you. The app also works in Spanish.
  • Never the price of the load. You never see the rate on a load. The rate confirmation paper is shown to a driver only when the office switches it on for that driver.

Roadmap: Planned, Not Live Yet

  • Truck-legal routes. Directions made for a truck, with the right lane and exit called out early, in the app.
  • The load plan. The plan of what is on the trailer and what comes off at each stop, on your load card.

Nothing marked Planned is available today.
